About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Product Marketing to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance product positioning, and execute impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize customer engagement through data-driven insights, and manage marketing automation tools to improve outreach efficiency. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance awareness and understanding of CapBay products among diverse member segments.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels, to reach and educate the target audience.
  • Oversee go-to-market plans for product offerings and enhancements, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to continuously refine marketing strategies and enhance member engagement, including the ability to create dashboards for tracking and visualizing key performance indicators.
  • Strengthen CapBay’s digital presence, conducting social media audits and ensuring best practices in engagement.
  • Work closely with advertising, media partners, and external stakeholders to amplify outreach efforts and increase public awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory policies, and ethical marketing standards.
  • Monitor market trends and members need to tailor marketing approaches for better impact.
  • Utilize automated marketing tools to improve efficiency and personalization in outreach.
  • Develop creative, informative content for various channels to educate members about CapBay’s benefits and services.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports to assess outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing and communication trends to enhance CapBay’s engagement strategies.
  • Lead and support marketing-related projects involving HubSpot, customer journey design, CRM workflows, and other technology platforms to enhance user experience and campaign performance.


Key Qualities and Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a product marketing or advertising position.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services marketing.
  • Experience in handling automated marketing platforms to personalize and enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivated with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Problem-solving skills with incredible attention to detail
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in product and digital marketing.
