Product Specialist - Healthcare / Medical Industry

Responsibilities:

• Promote medical devices and OTC products to retail pharmacies and healthcare institutions. Handle all aspects of product management, including delivering presentations to customers.
  • Responsible in generating market and product awareness, increase market share and ensure
  profitability results for assigned territory as aligned with marketing strategies and goals.
  • Maintains and utilizes expert product knowledge and highly effective selling skills to executes
  brand strategies to ensure company sales and marketing messages are delivered to targeted
  customers.
  • To develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Attend to potential customers’ esquires & leads, prepare and follow up on proposals.
  • Analyzes territory information to optimize marketing, sales and create effective marketing
  plan for execution. Monitors market conditions for changes that impact our business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing in OTC Product, pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Sales
  required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical channel / fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently
• Strong scientific acumen and product / disease knowledge is required
• Experience in doing presentation to a group of audience is required
• Key competencies include: excellent interpersonal skills, drive, resilience, persuasive skills,
  teamwork, organization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Based in Klang Valley but willing to travel to outstation.
• Must possess valid driver's license and a car.
