Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• You are responsible to provide deep technical knowledge in the assigned portfolio (Molecular and Diagnostic Imaging) and advice both sales organization and customers the capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens Healthineers products and solutions effectively.
• You will support advance business goals of Siemens Healthineers sales organization by implementing marketing concepts and providing technical content expertise to support sales success and customer satisfaction for the respective modalities or services.
• You are responsible to maintain knowledge and expertise in products, technical and market changes.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert (sales and technical applications) to Account Managers and other Siemens sales stakeholders.
• You will be responsible to develop and foster professional networks within the healthcare industry of the assigned portfolio.
• You will be responsible to develop and customize the business marketing and communications plans to local context.
• You will understand local competitive and market landscape for proper positioning.
• You will provide feedback to business line on usability and customer opinions.
• You will participate in joint calls with sales team (product demonstrations, customer presentations).
• You will prepare quotation and tender submission.
• You will be responsible in implementation and adoption of Siemens Healthineers Tools, Processes and Guidelines.

Your Qualifications And Experience

• Commensurate understanding and experience of healthcare delivery with demonstrable experience of understanding customer pain points / requirements and creating proposals to fit their needs.
• You should be ready for extensive travel, more than 50% within Malaysia.
• Demonstrable expertise in healthcare industry with practical experience on imaging modalities.
• Years of Experience: At least 2-3 Years in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

This role is a country role with travelling of around 70-75% which may include weekends. Applicants are to be qualified radiographers well versed in the mentioned modality (Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)) with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a hospital. Experienced in Siemens Models is an added advantage.

Your mission is to increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, including turnover training and further continuative education, thereby optimize customer training experience. Increase efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and support as well as on-site selling of Education and Expand offerings.

Clinical Education Specialist (CES) are responsible for the application education and support for one Business Unit; Responsible for standard systems and applications. Delivery of Application Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include

• On-site customer education at his/her Siemens systems; incl. turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• Professional application support to quickly process and resolve customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, trouble shooting.
• Support of PLM/CRM process, incl. field insight into customer needs, issues and known application errors as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.
• Sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies.
• On-site option sales, esp. lead generation.

Your Qualifications And Experiences

• You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging.
• You must be a qualified radiographer well versed in the MRI modality with at least 5 years’ experience of working in a hospital.
