Job Description
- Plan, design, and implement training programs ranging from orientation, product knowledge, technical skills, customer service and selling skills training.
- Perform localization of product training materials, sales skill courses, product comparison courses, product related materials.
- Identify and develop a variety of learning materials such as e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals to enhance the capabilities of Sales Representatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training techniques to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
