• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Malay and Chinese
  

Job Description

• Staff attendance maintenance
• Staff overtime maintenance
• Staff attendance abnormality handling
• Staff shift maintenance
• Daily dining number reporting
• Reimbursement and payment requests
• Customer visit and meal ordering and other arrangements
  

Other Requirements

• Experience in factory administration is preferred
• Candidates who are familiar with using office software to prepare reports will be preferred.
• Candidates who are proficient in speaking and have strong oral expression skills are preferred.
• Strong cultural adaptability and ability to work independently and obey work arrangements. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
• Priority given to work experience in administration, proficient in spoken language, and strong written and oral expression skills;
• Familiar with administrative management workflow, possessing excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.
