Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in operations/supply chain management or business administration or equivalent
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (required)
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin due to required to deal with Mandarin speakers counterparts
- Minimum one (1) year relevant working experience
- Good team player
- Self motivated, confidence, independence & interpersonal skill
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory levels, productions schedules & others.
- Liaise with headquarter on sales order, material planning and arrangements.
- Liaise with production supervisor to ensure smooth running of production.
- Report in timely and periodic fashion to senior management the status and health of production.
- To communicate and act as translator to local production workers to ensure the work instructions are followed and completed.
- Responsible for translation of related production record and procedures.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
