- Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules and workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues on the production floor.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs.
- Perform tasks as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a production or engineering environment (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of metal works, steel structures, or prefabricated buildings is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
