Production Manager

Plan, direct, motivate, and lead the packing line workforce to optimize plant capacity and efficiency, ensuring target output and quality are achieved within company standards, budgeted resources, and customer satisfaction requirements.

What We Ask

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in any food manufacturing industry, with a degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in dairy food processing and manufacturing operations. Experience in Tetra Pak or SIG will be prioritize.
• Ability to operate food processing machinery, including conducting troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and cleaning.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices such as GMP, HACCP, ATEX, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), HIRADC, LOTO/LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Vacancy Description

• Lead and manage the packing workforce to ensure timely, high-quality output and meet production targets set by the Planning Department within allocated resources.
• Identify root causes of quality and operational non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive measures to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Meet objectives and targets as defined under the Company’s goals, Plant PRS targets, and KRAs within the PMS system.
• Ensure all plant machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition to achieve production targets.
• Maintain plant housekeeping, ensure workforce safety, and enforce discipline.
• Minimize product and packaging losses within specified limits to support the Company’s performance goals.
