Job Descriptions
1. Facilitate Training Programs by conducting training sessions and workshops to deliver training content that is related to the Production module.
2. Assist leaders in designing training programs by developing training materials and programs that address production requirements.
3. Assist leaders in evaluating training effectiveness by assessing the impact of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
4. Conduct and manage new-hire orientation programs before deploying new employees to Production.
5. Train and develop Operators and Operation Leaders to achieve a higher level of production efficiency, company rules and regulations, ISO, RBA, etc.
6. Conduct interviews for employees.
7. Conduct abnormality findings in Gemba.
8. To carry out any other duties as and when directed.
Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Industrial, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
2. Experience: Preferably with more than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Possess good leadership and the capability to lead and supervise daily production activities.
4. Language: English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese speakers welcome.
