Key Responsibilities
- Applying knowledge of a Nutritionist/Dietitian on e-commerce platforms in handling health and product-related inquiries including weight management, mother and childâs nutrition, and other preventive nutrition.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor problem-solving and unique customer experience.
- Plan and conduct training for the frontline team to enhance the quality of customer engagement and customer service.
- Communicate with cross-functional units including physical outlets, procurement team, sales, and geo-marketing teams to ensure problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals for endorsement and referrals, to ensure a seamless customerâs journey.
- Monitor customer support and chat performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Able to work on the weekend by rotation (working offsite/from home) and support online sales activity.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Educational Background: A degree in dietetics or nutrition
- 2 years of experience with community pharmacy or food supplement-related industry. Experience working with customer service.
- Possess writing and speaking proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia additional languages will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in working on a computer
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
