Job Responsibilities
- Program Development & Management
- Design and develop the structure, curriculum, and learning outcomes for the professional certification bootcamp.
- Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and certification bodies to ensure program alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee content development, ensuring it meets certification requirements and enhances participant learning.
- Implement and continuously improve instructional delivery methods, including online, hybrid, and in-person learning models.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, certification bodies, training providers, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to attract high-quality participants.
- Operational Execution & Performance Management
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, training & development, or certification-related roles.
- Experience in managing professional development programs, bootcamps, or workforce training initiatives.
