Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding a project.
- These duties may include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating project activities
- Managing schedules
- Documentation
- Ticket logs tracking & monitoring
- Meeting management
- To ensure tasks are completed at agreed timeline; time management skills to assist the team to stay on track.
- To carry out other tasks as agreed within the division.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in similar environment.
- Proficient in software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
- Experience in software development/application environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
