Job Responsibility

  • Good knowledge of interior fit-out and construction materials
  • Administration works including coordinating tender activities, monitoring materials, construction cost and procurement, site valuation, variation orders, verifying construction progress claims and finalization of accounts
  • Cost controlling activities
  • Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with excellent communicative skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveyor/Construction or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work well as a team player in the process of completing each project
  • Independent, self-motivated and result oriented
