We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and lead project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing cross-functional projects, and aligning teams to meet company goals and timelines.

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, and control costs.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to project milestones and operational performance.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in operations and/or project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Information Technology industry, typically in HRMS and Finance software.
- Experience working in Information Technology industry.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
