Job Responsibility
- Design development / technical detailing / Authority procedures
- Versatile team player / project leader
- Production of 3D works for design proposals
- Project running and contract administration
- Possess Architecture qualifications equivalent to LAM/PAM/RIBA Part I or Part II from any recognized university
- Minimum 2 years working experience in construction project with experience in items (a)-(d)
- Able to pro-actively participate/lead in project running and coordinate works in all stages and to report to the Principal
- Versatile in all areas from design through to construction stages
- Ability to work independently with excellent leadership qualities and communication skills
- Software skills: Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, 3D Sketch-up etc
- Possess own transport
- KWSP, SOCSO included
