Job Description:
- Manage and maintain all project documents, including contracts, drawings, correspondence, operating procedures, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) in editing and consolidating internal project weekly reports, external project weekly reports, monthly project reports, and presentations for senior management/customers.
- Processing of invoices, payment requisition and handling of official documents from various project vendors.
- Participation in project related meetings, meeting minutes record and follow up;
- Coordinate various engineering tasks, such as communication of information externally (with partners and suppliers) and internally, as well as translation work between Chinese and English.
- Prepares correspondence, and performs other administrative duties as needs arise;
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Other requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property development, construction or related industry is required;
- Must be a team player and able to work independently;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melinsung Papar, Sabah;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software is advantageous;
- Required language(s) : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, with a preference for proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Salary range: RM3,000 - RM5,000
