Project Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator (Facilities Development)

Malaysia | 2-Year Contract | RM4,000 – RM5,000/month

Are you passionate about turning blueprints into reality? We’re looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to lead the execution of our new office and laboratory development — from property evaluation to construction handover and clinic refurbishments across Malaysia.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate full-cycle construction projects — site visits, mobilization, monitoring, and handover.

Liaise with property agents, developers, and government authorities to secure permits and approvals.

Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting for building and renovation projects.

Implement Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across all sites.

Who You Are:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in facilities, construction coordination, or site supervision.

Skilled in project scheduling (MS Project) and documentation.

Excellent communicator, problem solver, and team collaborator.

Willing to travel for on-site supervision across Malaysia.
