- Coordination of matters & issue up to the project commencement - Project implementation – preparation, updating, and monitoring of the work program according to site progress

- Meeting & reporting of site matters - client, developer, consultant, authority

- Correspondence - client, developer, consultant, authority for site matter, site query and any related matter

- Drawing & detail check on-site vs approved drawing

- Work sequence management of the project

- Time & resources management of the project

- Project completion until handover stage

- Project schedule – preparation, updating, and monitoring of the work program according to site progress
