Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.
- Use formal change management processes.
- Help create, implement, and maintain a detailed project plan with controls, governance, and monitoring for timely, budget-friendly, and a quality results.
- Ensure accurate requirement development and traceability during the project using Project Management Governance.
- Update project progress and coordinate customer meeting to discuss status.
- Oversee the change enablement process throughout the project.
- Aid project teams in resource management, scheduling, and planning meetings.
- Manage, control and coordinate project schedules and implementation to achieve on-time completion.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members to manage internal and external communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or relevant field.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
