Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing plans, system schematics, customer specifications, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates.
  • Discuss with customers or end users to collect detailed technical requirements for assigned job.
  • Working with customers and internal engineering teams to design engineering solutions that meet customerâs requirements.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and achieving the targeted project profitability.
  • To plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate all project matters with relevant parties in ensuring smooth, safe, and quality work execution, timely completion, and handover as well as full compliance to contract requirement.
  • To organize, coordinate and supervise delivery of equipment, site erection, pre-commissioning and commissioning work with vendors and customer.
  • To focus on meeting project commitment, including communications with internal / external customers
  • To liaise effectively with customer
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Ability to work with all levels of people and adapt to any kind of working environment.
  • Sustain a strong relationship with existing customer and tap into existing customerâs opportunities.
  • To define and structure of projects to achieve target in terms of delivery time, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
  • To facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements
  • To resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts between projects or functional areas
  • To develop methods to monitor project or area of progress
  • To provide corrective supervision if necessary
  • To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Degree/ / Professional Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering/Project Management
  • Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis, equipment specification and project execution.
  • Good knowledge in technology sales in terms of automation, functional testers, and manufacturing related products/services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and self-driven
  • Working experience need to have at least 5 years in the related field
  • Profound technical education with knowledge of project management
  • Experience with project management skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good problem solving and resolution
  • Ability to efficiently use all computer literacy (MS-Office and MS-Project)
  • Ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed timeline frame
  • High competency to confer and ability to work in teams
  • Knowledge about quality management systems
  • Ability to converse fluently in verbal and written of English.
  • Good presentation skills ( MS- Power Point )
  • Good in day-to-day attendance
