Project Engineer Interface

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the interfaces between the project team and third parties, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Develop and maintain interface control documents, including interface control agreements and interface requirements specifications.
• Monitor and control changes to interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate interface management meetings and communicate interface status to stakeholders.
• Resolve interface-related issues and conflicts.
• Develop and implement strategies for interface verification and validation.
• Provide training and support to team members on interface management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Monitor interface performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the project manager

Requirements:

从事过通信相关工作，有通信相关行业背景。

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in system integration or infrastructure projects or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of transportation systems and interface protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• English and Malay are mandatory requirements, Mandarin is a plus

Desired Qualifications:

- Certification in systems engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards for interface management, such as IEEE or ISO standards.

- Language requirements: English and Malay, It's better if you can read Chinese.
