職責與責任：
- 監督專案的日常活動，確保專案按計畫進行。
- 監控專案進度，識別潛在的延遲或偏差，並根據需要實施糾正措施。
- 建立並執行嚴格的品質控制措施，以維持專案標準和規範。
- 有效分配和管理資源，包括人員、設備、材料和分包商。
- 與供應商協調，確保所有訂購的原料都能及時送達現場。
- 監控資源利用率、預算支出和專案成本，並根據需要進行調整。
- 與參與專案的建築師、工程師和其他顧問合作，確保所有工作以協調和簡化的方式進行。
- 維護全面的專案文檔，包括技術圖、規格、報告和信函。
- 維護現場施工活動的記錄，包括進度報告、檢查報告以及記錄出現的任何問題或疑慮。
- 土木工程或相關領域的學士學位。
- 至少3年建築領域相關工作經驗。
- 具有防洪減災計畫（Tebatan Banjir 計畫）經驗並參與其中者將獲得優先考慮。
- 良好的談判和人際交往能力，能夠與承包商、顧問、供應商和其他相關方進行溝通和合作。
- 已證明有能力在快節奏的環境和緊迫的期限內獨立工作。
- 優秀的解決問題和分析能力。
- 該職位位於彭亨州關丹市雙溪林明 (Sungai Lembing) 。
- 候選人必須願意並且能夠在上述地點工作。
