- Assist in organizing project meetings, include scheduling, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications, reports and presentations.
- Perform testing of configured solutions.
- Support data collection and cleansing and validate data setup/ data load in production deployment.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Undertake other project tasks as required.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field with minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good command of English language.
