Position:

Project Management Intern

Job Description:

• Assisting the project manager in the implementation of the project within outlined scope, budget and timeline;
• Assisting in monitoring project progress, addressing potential issues, and reporting the project progress to the management;
• Assist in the creation and delivery of communication materials;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report;
• Attend, contribute, and take minutes at weekly team meetings, and perform and assist on ad hoc tasks when required

Selection Criteria:

• Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and/or any other additional language.
• Knowledge and skill set in coordinating, developing, planning, and executing projects for social impact.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication [Written & Verbal] skills.
• Ability to interpret and present information and/or data related to the projects.
• Interest and passion in Project Management.
• Deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences - Presentation Skills
• Consistently approaches work with a positive, constructive attitude, an eye for detail, and seeking to improve processes
• Optional - Having editing and design skills is a plus point.
• Able to work during weekends (depending on the project requirement, a replacement day off is provided).
• Able to travel if required.
• Will be residing in Malaysia and able to commit full-time during the internship period.

*Interns are expected to assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned and/or required.
