We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Gas Services team where you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in execution of large gas turbine, steam turbine, generator long-term programme (LTP) as well as open market projects in Malaysia.

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Gas Services team where you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in execution of large gas turbine, steam turbine, generator long-term programme (LTP) as well as open market projects in Malaysia.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to plan, schedule, and complete outages, including leading part deliveries and implementing risk mitigation measures
- Build and maintain documentation in line with quality management processes; set an example in driving zero harm culture
- Assist in planning and supervising project schedules; identify critical path activities
- Update project status and prepare internal and external reports
- Coordinate schedules with internal and external parties; review and accept vendor/contractor schedules to ensure contractual alignment
- Assist in internal improvement projects on process perfection, and support work pack, site preparation, and tool list preparation
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Willingness to travel
- Good analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Initiative, collaboration, and excellent multilingual communication skills
- Sound knowledge in the use of Primavera P6 planning software; proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in using project management tools is a plus
