Project Manager

Why this role?

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, proactive risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will lead a project team, manage financial planning, and ensure safety compliance while promoting lean practices.

What will you be doing?

• Manage project scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive proactive customer communication and build strong relationships.
• Lead and motivate the project team to meet customer expectations.
• Plan project resourcing and ensure team competence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing opportunities.
• Ensure integrated project planning and execution with all stakeholders.
• Implement project governance, including reviews and steering.
• Manage financial planning, cash flow, and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee project handovers from Sales to Operations and to the Customer.
• Promote a safety-first mindset for employees and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate installation and testing resources.
