Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with government authorities, and manage stakeholders to achieve project goals.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Project Management:
  
  

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation, delivery, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Budget and Performance Oversight:
  
  

Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor project performance indicators to ensure alignment with business plans and financial targets.

• Process Improvement and Compliance:
  
  

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline property development processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.

• Team Leadership and Coordination:
  
  

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and supervisors, while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

• Regulatory Approvals and Liaison:
  
  

Manage the approval process with government and local authorities (e.g., BOMBA, Local Authority, Mall Fit-Out Departments) and troubleshoot delays to secure timely approvals, including the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

• Tender and Contract Management:
  
  

Review and prepare tender documents, participate in pre- and post-tender administration, and ensure all contracts and variations are executed in compliance with project requirements.

• Design, Procurement, and Quality Control:
  
  

Oversee design development, shop drawing reviews, material procurement, and quality control to ensure technical specifications and project standards are met.

• Progress Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
  
  

Track project progress, costs, and resource allocation, while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.

• Post-Completion and Handover:
  
  

Manage vacant possession, conduct technical briefings with landlords, oversee defect management, and prepare project closure reports to ensure successful project handover.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Property Development / Interior Design / Architecture or certification in Project Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of project management experience, construction, interior design, renovation; preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• High integrity and professional work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Highly mobile and flexibility to travel to project sites as needed
