Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of AI projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI engineers, developers, designers, stakeholders) to align goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using modern project management tools.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear, effective communication across departments.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Deliver timely progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Uphold project management best practices while continuously improving processes and workflows.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the AI or tech industry.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, or Huawei Cloud.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in remote team environments is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is required.
