Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget.
  • Execute projects based on Project Management Life-Cycle (PDLC).
  • Lead the project team.
  • Responsible for project planning (resources allocation), modification of phases and implementation of the live system.
  • Responsible to monitor and report the project progress, updates, and contractual deliverables directly to project stakeholders.
  • Responsible for software development planning – supervise user requirement study, system functional specifications, and system design.
  • Responsible for system testing planning (user acceptance test ) and system deployment planning.
  • Responsible for ensuring all development, testing and production servers are installed and configured correctly and run smoothly.
  • Responsible for new change request – feasibility study, development, testing and deployment.
  • Interact and communicate with clients regarding project solution, project planning, and project mobilization & implementation plan.
  • Responsible to conduct PWC, PSC project progress meeting.
  • Responsible to prepare all reporting documentation i.e. minutes, progress reports.
  • Manage issues and risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 10 years experiences in various IT project implementation especially in HRMS and rollout.
  • Project management professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a definite plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
  • Project consultation, business processes, and development of systems (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of HRMS information technology, software customization, and implementation.
  • Support & maintenance programs.
