• Project Management: The project manager is responsible for managing the overall progress of the project and ensuring that the project is carried out according to the predetermined plan. This includes presiding over the preparation of project management implementation planning, systematic management of project objectives, dynamic management of resources, establishment of various professional management systems and organization of implementation.
• Communication and coordination: The project manager shall carry out effective communication and coordination with all parties, including maintaining good communication with Party A, completing the project progress according to Party A's requirements, and improving the share conversion. At the same time, I am responsible for coordinating with the owner and supervision unit to solve the problems in the project.
• Safety Management: The project manager assumes important responsibility for the safe construction management and civilized construction management of the construction site.
