Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects for the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, to ensure that all project objectives and deliverables are met according to the project plan.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation to all relevant stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Business Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of processes, systems and customer requirements to assess client requirements.
- Gather and translate client requirements into detailed project documentation (functional specifications, workflows) through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with project scope.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate business requirements into actionable solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP)
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles within the tech industry, with a focus on SaaS.
- Able to work under tight project deadlines.
- Able to work in a fast paced dynamic and flexible environment and able to adapt to changes quickly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Lark) is a plus
