工作職責：

  • 專案關鍵聯絡人，負責與內部部門聯絡
  • 確保專案運作和文件控製程序得到遵守
  • 在規定時間內管理和交付高品質的項目
  • 就圖面、現場工作和協調事宜與客戶、顧問和分包商進行聯絡
  • 規劃、實施和監控工作計畫/專案進度，確保專案里程碑隨時實現
  • 依照設計和圖面規範協調和監督分包商的品質和工藝
  • 監控及控制現場材料浪費
  • 提高機械和材料訂單的PR
  • 參加客戶進度及協調會議
  • 定期主持分包商會議
  • 遵守現場安全要求並實施安全的工作方法
  • 研究、強調並跟進圖紙、規格和 BQ 上的任何差異
  • 準備進度報告及現場問題及進度的每日報告
  • 主導材料提交及審批
  • 主導施工圖和竣工圖的提交和審批
  • 對客戶期望保持敏感和正面回應，以維護公司品牌和聲譽
  • 承擔上級或管理階層指示的任何及所有其他職責和責任


職位要求：

  • 土木/結構工程或相關專業學士學位
  • 至少5-7年建築業相關經驗
  • 有綠建築施工經驗者優先
  • 具備 Microsoft Project 知識者優先
  • 願意出差
  • 高度重視細節和解決問題的能力
  • 優秀的領導和組織能力
  • 團隊合作是實現目標和目的的必要特徵
  • 能夠在壓力大、快節奏和高安全標準的環境下工作
