- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Proven experience in Sales or in a similar sales role.
- Prefer someone from industry such as bathroom & sanitary supply/building materials/ construction/similar industry.
- Prefer someone that able to generate leads from developers, architect firms, interior design firms, hotels, shopping malls, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
