Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture/civil engineering, and at least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Candidate must have knowledge In AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Job Description:
- To prepare complete drawings in 2D and 3D.
- To handle projects given from designing stage until complete construction.
- Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Performing regular inspections of the construction site.
- Managing orders and deliveries of building material.
- Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, work schedules, material used, and costs incurred.
- Ensuring construction work is completed to the highest standards.
- Attending site management meetings
- Ensure that construction site is clean, organized and free of hazards.
