The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. • Assist in gathering competitors' data and insights.
• Assist in preparing the dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking on a weekly basis
• Assist in evaluating and defining business metrics, and assist in developing analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and marketing strategy.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any major field, preferably business and analytical field
• Proficient in MS Excel functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has the ability to multitask and cope well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least three months
