Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
  • Assist in coordinating renovation projects, ensuring contractors follow the specified guidelines and timelines.
  • Conduct regular checks on properties to ensure they are in good condition and report any defects.
  • Liaise with property owners, tenants, contractors, and legal advisors on property-related issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all property transactions, renovations, and repairs.
  • Assist in handling tenant and purchaser queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare monthly reports on property management activities, including maintenance, occupancy, and expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different property sites if required.
