Proses Engineer

Responsibilities /Duties:

1. Daily analysis of plating baths and tests baths as instructed/schedule.
2. Troubleshoot plating baths and adjust its chemical components within specifications.
3. Quality management – Involve investigating root cause of reject and devise an action plan for countermeasure.
4. Troubleshoot production line and expedite repairs.
5. Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality and increase productivity.
6. Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
7. Perform tests for optimization and new processes.
8. Perform test and optimization for new products.
9. Design maintenance plan and verify maintenance activities daily.
10. Accident investigation for safety issues and make countermeasure.
11. Get certified as a competent person to manage pollution control system by attending training provided.
12. Backup Section Head and Supervisor task during their absent.
13. Provide support for laboratory tasks during periods of reduced manpower
14. Manage ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO27001 as instructed by Section Head or Department Head.
15. Fulfil any request by superiors.

Competencies.

1. Able to perform critical thinking to trouble shoot problem in production line.
2. Knowledge in chemistry.
3. Ability to multi-task and thrived in a fast-paced environment
4. Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineer or any related engineering field.
