主要職責：
- 協助採購材料和物資。
- 協助採購經理維護準確的採購記錄、定價和其他重要數據。
- 準備和處理採購訂單和文件。
- 協助採購經理與供應商協調，確保物資及時交付。
- 協助採購經理解決與訂單、交貨和付款相關的任何問題。
- 維護和更新供應商資訊。
- 最低相關資格（採購、供應鏈管理或相關領域的文憑或同等學歷）。
- 至少2 年採購或採購職位經驗。
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
- 較強的組織和時間管理能力。
- 優秀的溝通和談判能力。
- 注重細節和準確性。
- 能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
- 熟悉庫存管理系統者優先
