About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth procurement of materials, timely delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Manage purchasing activities to ensure seamless procurement processes.
Monitor and follow up on order deliveries to prevent supply disruptions to production.
Handle import trade and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve critical quality and delivery issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to execute procurement initiatives and successfully complete projects within deadlines.
Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and supply availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, supplier master data, and product information in the system.
Perform any other procurement-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of import trade regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
