工作職責：
- 負責從本地和海外供應商採購材料、談判和購買
- 評估供應商的報價，確保其符合專案所需的技術和商業規範
- 負責日常營運採購需求，如規劃、發布和跟進採購訂單交付和裝運時間表
- 解決與供應商的供應、品質、服務和發票問題
- 協助供應商進行年度績效評估
- 根據品質標準、交貨時間和最優價格評估供應商績效，並確保所有標準均符合組織要求和期望
- 負責實施內部採購策略以滿足高交付和短交貨期的要求
- 根據指定要求承擔任何其他臨時職責
- 至少擁有電氣、電子、機電一體化、機械或相關工程學位
- 有ERP系統使用經驗者佳；
- 優先考慮具備 2 年採購相關工作經驗
- 與供應商和內部團隊具有出色的溝通和談判技巧
- 足智多謀、自我驅動、積極主動、獨立的工作者
- 勤奮細緻，態度積極
- 熟練使用 MS Office 應用程式（Words、Excel）/ SAP 者優先
- 擁有倉儲/運輸方面的專業知識和經驗者優先。
- 具有良好的溝通和人際交往能力
