Purchasing Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Requirement

• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Applicant is willing to work at Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Job Description

• Coordinating with suppliers to place orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Reviewing order specifications and confirming that they meet company or machine standards
• Negotiating prices, terms and conditions of contracts with vendors
• Reviewing purchase orders and other paperwork from suppliers to ensure that deliveries match orders, and to ensure correct item were received.
• Communicating with production manager and warehouse personnel regarding shipping schedules and other details regarding storage and handling of inventory.
• Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage
• Able to deal with overseas vendors
• Update company schedule C from time to time.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
