- Issue PO and ensure purchased items arrive as per required schedule. Communicate with logistic department for forwarders and courier services arrangement.
- Verifying suppliers' Invoices before submitting for payment process.
- Involve in sourcing tasks.
- Handling New Supplier Questionnaire form.
- Record, monitor & evaluate supplier Performance and report to department head.
- Updating record for active suppliers price, size, MOQ & lead time, for new purchase and any changes for existing purchase
- Handling document in relates to COC,SDS, TDS, ROHS, Halogen free, UL including renewal follow-up.
- Involve in purchased items quality issue.
- Others functions as and when delegated by immediate superior or above authority
