What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing Excellence: Identify the best suppliers and products, ensuring we’re getting top-quality items at competitive prices.
• Purchasing Operations: Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring timely orders, accurate inventory management, and cost-effective solutions.
• Streamline Operations: Ensure smooth flow of operations across departments, from procurement to product delivery.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality, cost control, and timely deliveries.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement trends to optimize processes and identify opportunities.
• Problem-Solving: Address any challenges in the supply chain or procurement processes and come up with smart, practical solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or operations.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and processes, with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.

• Strong Negotiator: You know how to work with suppliers to get the best deals while ensuring high-quality products.

• Relationship Builder: You’re great at building strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and internal teams alike.
• Analytical: You love working with data, analyzing trends, and using your insights to improve processes.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where everyone pitches in.
