1. Quality Assurance Manager is answerable to the management and customer on all matters pertaining to quality.
2. Ensure that inspection and test are carried out in accordance to Quality Plan.
3. Train all new and existing Quality Inspectors to enable them to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
4. Keep abreast with the latest developments in quality control and initiate revisions to the system when and where necessary.
5. Ensure that all equipment used for inspection and test are in working condition and has been calibrated or verified it's accuracy.
6. Maintain a master list for all inspection, measuring and test equipment.
7. Ensure that calibration / verification are performed in timely manner as scheduled in the Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment Masterlist, QA / Form / 7.1 / 001.
8. Work closely with all departments to achieve the company's quality goals.
9. Plan and monitor the progress and efficiency of Quality Assurance Department.
10. Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with documented procedures.
11. Assist HR department to develop training program for the entire factory employee to enhance their skill and ability to increase their knowledge to achieve organizational quality policy.
12. Prepare monthly quality report to the top management.
13. The Quality Assurance Manager shall participate in the Management Review Meeting.
14. Perform any other tasks delegated by the Managing Director.
