品質保證/品質控制 (MEP) 經理負責制定、實施和維護機電管道 (MEP) 工程的品質管理體系，確保其符合專案規格、規範和客戶要求。此職位確保所有 MEP 安裝工程均符合無塵室和工業項目（例如半導體設施、製藥廠和資料中心）所要求的嚴格品質標準。

- 制定、審查和實施所有 MEP 學科的專案特定的 QA/QC 計劃、ITP（檢查和測試計劃）和方法說明。
- 確保機電工程符合設計圖、專案規範和相關規範和標準。
- 對所有 MEP 系統進行材料檢查、安裝檢查和測試/調試驗證。
- 管理不合格報告 (NCR) 和糾正/預防行動計劃，以確保持續的品質改進。
- 準備和維護 QA/QC 文檔，包括檢查報告、校準記錄和測試證書。
- 與顧問、客戶和第三方檢查員協調進行品質審核和檢查。
- 確保所有 QA/QC 記錄均已妥善歸檔並保存，以便項目交接。
- 監督和指導機械、電氣和管道專業的 QA/QC 工程師和檢查員。
- 為現場團隊和分包商提供品質培訓和意識。
- 與施工、設計和調試團隊協調，及時解決技術和品質問題。
- 監督潔淨室建造質量，包括暖通空調、空氣過濾、管道、管路和控制系統。
- 確保符合適用的污染控制標準（ISO 14644、GMP 等）。
- 監控高規格工業環境（例如半導體、資料中心或製藥項目）中的 MEP 安裝。
- 機械、電氣或建築服務工程學士學位。
- 至少擁有 8-10 年工業或無塵室建設專案 MEP 工程 QA/QC 管理經驗。
- 深入了解國際規範和標準（ASHRAE、SMACNA、NFPA、IEEE、ISO 等）。
- 熟悉潔淨室設計和驗證流程。
- 在文件、稽核處理和客戶介面方面擁有豐富的經驗。
- 優秀的溝通、領導和解決問題的能力。
- 獲得 ISO 9001:2015、CQE 或類似認證將是一個額外的優勢。
