QC Clerk (pharma industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting QC Executive in maintaining documentation system pertaining to QC department.
• To maintain training record of QC personnel
• Generate man hour reports monthly
• To ensure hardcopy QC SOP properly maintain at the respective work area
• To ensure old documents/reports are filed appropriately or need to be achieved.
• Maintain QC SOP to ensure the latest valid version at the respective work area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Administration relevant field with minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Ability to follow directions accurately
• Attention to detail and organization skills
