QMS Engineer

Job Responsibility:

• Designing, implementing and continuously improving the company's quality management system in line with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.

• Conducting quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing/ follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate and support internal, external and customer audit.

• Providing training and guidance to production teams on QMS procedures and best practices.

• Analysing quality data and production metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

• Maintaining quality-related documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum STPM or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the quality management system, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of ISO standards.

• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
