To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Assistant located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• To Prepare the Technical Quality Reports
• Undergo training by Site and help for the smooth transition of various technical Quality Reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly Yield, defect, customer related, supplier quality reports
• Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics
• Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards.
• Manage and ensure that satisfaction levels of customer are to a greater extent.
• Support the team to maintain/control documents and procedures in document management system.
• Knowledge on Quality concepts
• Responsible to take part in all site calls & comprehensive minutes
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Fresh graduate will be considered
