Collaborate with global quality, process improvement, and delivery teams to define learning requirements
Establish quality methodologies and educate organization-wide on quality processes
Oversee compliance audits, issue resolution, and provide quality assurance approvals
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Quality Management
Expert proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA)
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Advanced proficiency in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
