Job Purpose

Performs administrative and technical duties in the Quality domain, such as report running, providing necessary information to Quality employees

Job Description

• Learns internal procedures and Quality System (QS) and other governmental and customer requirements and specifications
• Participates in the calibration of equipment in laboratories
• Ensures that non-conformance reports are filled-out and that all documentation is present and easily retrievable
• Receives, classifies, reconciles, interprets, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information related to quality
• Maintains records and balance information for control purposes
• Compiles reports, drawing data from a variety of sources within the quality department
• Regularly contacts Quality employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information
• Assists with internal quality audits

• Trade apprenticeship or equivalent / technical background
